TSS dry strip granulator

Equipment advantages：

● The rotary knife circulates through the cooling water to reduce the thermal expansion of the knife body material and prevent the knife from hitting.
● The gap between the rotary knife and the fixed knife is adjusted to 0.02mm, and the end surface of the cut particles is smoother.
● Adopt dual motors and dual frequency conversion control, which can adjust the particle length.
● Using water-cooled knives imported from Japan,the hob sharply cuts out particles and the incision is flat.
● The fixed knife and scraper can shorten the distance from the upper and lower rollers to the cutting point and reduce the beating of the strip.
● PLC control and detailed production management are adopted.
